WE ARE ATL BUILDERS
ATL Builders, a Joint Venture, is comprised of three top Atlanta builders, JE Dunn Construction, Construction Works, Inc., a City of Atlanta certified MBE, and Barnsley Construction Group, a City of Atlanta certified FBE. Our team leaders combined offer over 150 years of management experience on airport projects. Each firm’s aviation headquarters is based in Metro Atlanta. We draw upon our firms’ local resources to execute projects at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport with over 300 professional employees and 100 craft workers between our firms. We enjoy positive relationships with many trade partners throughout the state and the region. Our team is very well-versed in working in the active airport environment at the world’s busiest airport. Each team member understands what it takes to carry out the mission of maintaining operational efficiency and superb customer service.

A NEW ERA FOR ATL
The World’s Busiest Airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is undergoing a multi-year Capital Improvement Program with ATL Builders playing an active role.
ATLNext is the Airport’s new development program. It consists of a series of projects over the next 20 years designed to boost capacity, renew and replace existing facilities, and enhance ATL’s aesthetic appeal.
These projects, which fall under six general areas, will help secure Hartsfield-Jackson’s position as the world’s busiest and most efficient airport, and further bolster the Airport’s goal to provide the best possible customer service while meeting passengers’ changing needs.

Delta Sky Club ATL-Concourse D
The Concourse D Delta Sky Club project is an exciting project to add a new 24.000 SF Delta Sky Club airport lounge up and over the existing D Concourse just east of the Concourse D Centerpoint. The project will also include widening of the current D Concourse below the new Sky Club footprint. The project will require the use of many different trades and are developing packages for maximum inclusion for participation.
MDF-IDF
This project will provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing upgrades to multiple MDF-IDF rooms within Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s terminals and concourses. Each room will meet current fire codes, requiring cleaning and new finishes for some spaces.
T3:
This project will provide an 8,000 sf Distributed Antenna System (DAS) extension facility for the airport. Work will include demolishing upper-level office space and building out DAS telecommunications space, including structural reinforcement, partitions, and MEP systems.
